How reserving works

There is no checkout here and nothing is ever charged on this website.

1. 1 Pick your mugs Choose the colours you want and add them to your cart. Stock shown on each page is live.
2. 2 Leave your name and number No account, no payment details. We hold your mugs the moment you reserve — they come straight out of the shelf count so nobody else can take them.
3. 3 We message you We will message you on Facebook or by text to sort out payment and handover.

How long is a reservation held?

48 hours. If we have not heard back by then it lapses on its own and the mugs go back on the shelf for someone else — so please only reserve what you actually want. Once we have spoken and confirmed it, the clock stops.

Delivery or pick-up?

Either. We sort that out with you when we message, along with any delivery cost — which is why the total you see on the site is the value of the mugs only.

If something breaks

Ceramics travel badly sometimes. Send us a photo within three days and we will replace the piece or refund it — your choice, no arguing.
