BFCutefinds is a small shop in the Philippines. This page says plainly what we collect, why, and how to get rid of it. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

What we collect

When you reserve something, we keep:

• Your name and mobile number — so we can contact you about the reservation. These are the only required fields.
• Your email — optional, only if you give it.
• A delivery address — optional, only if you choose to add one.
• What you reserved and any note you left us.

If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from them, and nothing else. We never see your password, and we do not read your posts, friends, contacts or any other part of your account. We do not keep the access token after sign-in.

What we do not collect

No payment is ever taken on this website, so we hold no card numbers, no bank details and no payment credentials of any kind. Payment is arranged directly with you afterwards.

Why we keep it

To hold your items, to reach you about your reservation, and to arrange handover. That is all. We do not send marketing unless you have asked us to, and we do not pass your details to anyone except a courier when a parcel actually needs delivering to you.

Cookies

Two are ours, both necessary: your cart is stored in your own browser, and if you sign in, a cookie keeps you signed in. Neither is used for advertising.

Google services on this site

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pieces people look at. It tells us numbers, not names — we cannot use it to identify you. We also show Google AdSense adverts on some pages. Google may use cookies to choose which advert to show you, and Google is its own data controller for that.

Neither runs on the pages where you reserve — the cart, the reservation form, your reservation page, and your account are deliberately free of both.

You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ad Centre, and block these entirely with any tracker-blocking extension — the shop works exactly the same either way. Visitors from Europe and the UK have both switched off unless and until they agree.

How long we keep it

Reservations are kept as a record of what was agreed. A reservation nobody follows up on lapses by itself after 48 hours and the items go back on the shelf, though the record of it remains until you ask us to remove it.

Getting your data, or deleting it

Message us and we will send you everything we hold about you, or delete it — your choice, no questions asked. Deleting your account removes your sign-in record and unlinks your past reservations from it.
