BFCutefinds is a small shop in the Philippines. This page says plainly what we collect, why, and how to get rid of it. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
What we collect
When you reserve mugs, we keep:
- Your name and mobile number — so we can contact you about the reservation. These are the only required fields.
- Your email — optional, only if you give it.
- A delivery address — optional, only if you choose to add one.
- What you reserved and any note you left us.
If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from them, and nothing else. We never see your password, and we do not read your posts, friends, contacts or any other part of your account. We do not keep the access token after sign-in.
What we do not collect
No payment is ever taken on this website, so we hold no card numbers, no bank details and no payment credentials of any kind. Payment is arranged directly with you afterwards.
Why we keep it
To hold your mugs, to reach you about your reservation, and to arrange handover. That is all. We do not send marketing unless you have asked us to, and we do not pass your details to anyone except a courier when a parcel actually needs delivering to you.
Cookies
Two things, both necessary and neither used for tracking or advertising: your cart is stored in your own browser, and if you sign in, a cookie keeps you signed in. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics on this site.
How long we keep it
Reservations are kept as a record of what was agreed. A reservation nobody follows up on lapses by itself after 48 hours and the mugs go back on the shelf, though the record of it remains until you ask us to remove it.
Getting your data, or deleting it
Message us and we will send you everything we hold about you, or delete it — your choice, no questions asked. Deleting your account removes your sign-in record and unlinks your past reservations from it.
